great set of movies
My girls love these movies and ask to watch them over and over again. The music is quite good and the movies have a good message too. 2010-02-19
Granddaughter loves them
This is a collection of 4 separate Barbie movies. Other reviewers have covered the titles, and the plots are simple and available on the Internet. My granddaughter(age 5)loves them and they have provided many hours of fun entertainment for her. Very happy 2010-01-24
Nice Collection of Barbie Movies
We purchased this as a Christmas gift for our 6 year old granddaughter.There are 4 Barbie movies in this set.They are Rapunzel,Swan Lake,The Nutcracker and The Princess and the Pauper.Kiersten especially liked The Nutcracker and Swan Lake(which may be because she is in her second year of dance classes which she really enjoys)We bought this from Amazon for $17.99 which averages about $4.50 per movie.However,Amazon has since raised the price to $24.99 in just a few weeks time. 2010-01-03
well made but a bit scary for little ones
our girls loved the twelve princes so much we decided to try this set. unfortunately, most were too scary for our little girls (2 & 4). some of the scary things for kids are just a bit much for little ones while some are more evil in nature (wizard, witch, etc.). might consider caution if you'd prefer to avoid these things). 2009-10-14
Barbie movies are EXCELLENT!
I've purchased every single Barbie DVD there is for my grandbaby who is 4. Great storytelling & very relatable to ages spanning 4-10. She loves each story. We talk about them and she'll refer to the plots often while she relates to an experience or a feeling from her little life in her little world. The stories are rich with many dimensions, facets and perspectives to situations. Great Product! I enjoy them just as much as my little one :*) Tis true! 2009-08-26
