Barbie Dream Bedroom

Well I didn't come across the problem with the floor lamp that the other reviewers did. I guess I got lucky there. Although my tv stand does stand up it is kind of wobly. I don't know how long it will last before my daughter bends it the wrong way or sits on it. When did mattel start making these tiny cheap beds. When I was little I had the sweet roses collection. That bed would not be able to fit well in this new dream house. It actually had room for Barbie and ken and had a foam mattress and a real bed skirt and comforter. I miss that quality.

As are all things Barbie - it's very cute. But the reality is it's not easy to play with.

1) the bed is almost too small. Barbie fits on it, but she falls off all the time because it's so narrow. The package comes with a teddy bear, but the bed is so small, the teddy bear cannot fit if Barbie's in the bed!

2) Agree w/the other reviews - the chandelier barely stands up.

3) It would be nice if the bed had velcro to hold the cover and pillow on. As it is, they constantly slip off.

Nice ideas, but doesn't execute all that well.

I got this for my daughter and her Barbies. The size is good and the quality is pretty good. However, the pink light fixture will not stand up alone and has to be propped up.

It's a cute set, daughter loves the LOOK of it, but the lamp won't stand up on it's own, the chandelier part is too top heavy. The TV built on stand won't stand up well either, unless propped up against something. She just ended up leaving it set up in the box room the way it came and we taped the lamp down. However, that's not how I wanted it when we bought it. It would be nice to be able to use it for more.
