Mattel Barbie Forever Tawny 10-Inch Horse

I bought two of these for my nieces to race down the hardwood floor hallway carrying not Barbie by two each of the Only Hearts Club dolls. The horse has a nice clopping sound and stops to neigh. The removable saddle, and the long mane and tail for combing are extra fun for them as well. Use rechargeable batteries and there's no need to worry about constantly having to buy batteries for this horse. The girls have had many hours of fun at the "horse races".

Since this is a Xmas gift I cannot say how durable this is; however, it is definitely a very pretty western type horse and I am sure it is going to make my Grandaughter very happy!!

my 4 yr. old daughter loves horses and wanted this one. When we put the batteries in it it worked for about 15min. then it stopped. I thought it was the batteries so I reinserted new ones and it never worked again!!!

I bought this horse as a Christmas present for my five-year old daughter. She had asked Santa for a horse, so this was perfect. She was so excited when she opened the package. She and her cousin, who is also five, have been playing with it almost non-stop since then. It really works like the description. You just have to make sure it's on a flat, hard surface. Good buy!

I goit this for my 5 year old horse mad daughter for Christmas. It's GREAT fun - but doesn't always work. Just when I think I have to wrap it up and return it - it starts working again. It's SUCH a cool toy - it's a major bummer when Barbie can't take her afternoon ride as scheduled! I'm glad I got it, but my little one hardly ever uses it now (early January) beacuse it's unreliable.
