I bought two of these for my twins and they love them, but are not as excited as I was about them. The horse walks with no problem on a flat surface, but as others have noted it does not walk on carpet. 2007-01-21

My daughter loves this horse, I took advice from previous reviews and braided the tail before she used it for the first time. The horse walks great with or without a doll on top and we do not have any problems with the tail getting stuck. I also braided the main and my daughter loves it. 2007-01-20

It doesn't walk on carpet.
My daughter was disappointed in this because you can only use it on the floors with out carpet. Unfortunately, the areas where she plays are mostly carpeted so it is not as fun as we had hoped. 2007-01-19
