Barbie "fall apart" and "Poorly made" Party bus is a better name for this...
OMG! My 3 year old got this bus from her Aunt and Uncle for Christmas yesterday. Half of the pieces are already broken! One piece was broken before I could get the stickers all applied to the inside and out (which was really annoying I might add). The fold out components (namely the joints and the connections) are so poorly designed and it takes only one attempt to ruin their function. Also, the whole thing is definitely not designed for a 3 year old, or a 27 year old (me) to operate without breaking something. The hot tub is really hard to pull out from the side of the bus...and I am sure that part will fail in a few days as well.
Overall, I am really very disappointed with this bus. At first it seemed really neat, and there are components of it that are really cool (like the bathroom - minus the stupid shower head)... but it is really glitchy, and highly over priced for the quality. I will be calling Mattel's customer service to complain about this tomorrow morning.

Awful! Do NOT waster your momey
I purchased this for my 4 year old daughter for Christmas, and as soon as I tried to put it together it fell apart! The doors for the bathroom don't stay on. The table falls off, the bed falls apart as soon as you put a doll on it. And to top it all off the canopy over the hot tub broke! I could believe that this piece of junk was selling at some stores for $69. I got it for a much cheaper price, but was still upset by how poorly made it is. Do not bother wasting your money.

DO NOT BUY THIS TOY!!!!
I read all the reviews but thought some people must be extra picky. I also felt like there were no other choices of toys for my daughter to use when playing with her Barbies. I have such fond memories of playing with my own Barbie airplane and camper. But, this product is so cheap! I can't believe they get away with it and that people actually pay for it. It was so frustrating for my daughter because the doors kept coming off and the sofa that folds out would not work properly. It really interfered with being able to play with it at all. Furthermore, I was a little uncomfortable with the nature of it. Why can't it be a camper or something less sexualized? A party van with a hot tub and wine glasses?! That seems a little inappropriate and not exactly what we should be teaching our children. I've lost my faith in Barbie!

Cute concept, poor execution
I brought this yesterday at a local store as a Christmas present for my 7 year old. She's been lusting after this toy for over a month so I decided to just go ahead and buy it for her.
The box tells you that there is assembly required. I figured that I better take a look at what was in the box so I could determine whether assembly would be a Christmas morning nightmare or something that I could do now and get it out of the way. Fortunately I was able to complete all of the assembly and put the bus back into the box. Now the bus will be ready to go as soon as my daughter unwraps it. Most of the assembly is the tedious placement of the sticker decals. I would say that it took me about 40 minutes to place all the stickers and assemble the little pieces of furniture. I found it highly aggravating that two of the stickers (little road map, and one of the food items) were numbered but the manual didn't tell you where to place them. Turns out the roadmap goes on the laptop screen and the little food decal goes on a small lavendar square. I am displeased that the bathroom door does not stay on and the kitchen wall with the table falls off easily. The back to the couch also pops off easily. It's not as bad as a My Little Pony Castle that my daughter got a few years ago, but it's not ideal.
Hot tub section of the bus is pretty cute. The awning on the hot tub side is poorly done and seems like a waste. The hot tub it self can be filled with water. The blue tub is able to be removed to be emptied. The hot tub lights are sure to delight both of my daughters. I found the music to be obnoxious, but I'm sure my girls will love it. There are two or three sound settings for the lights and music.
I was disappointed that the bus looked scratched and dirty right out of the box. I brought two of these yesterday and I had one with bad scratches on it (it got returned for the second one) and the second one had some light scratches and dull marks on the exterior.
When looking at the product in the store I had my doubts as to whether or not the wheels actually moved on this bus. I tested it out last night and it can be pushed around on the carpet with ease.
I look at this bus as a slightly more compact alternative to a Barbie house. You get a living room/sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom, hot tub and bus all rolled into one toy. It's a cute toy that I know my girls will love, but I'm aware that there are some poorly executed components on this toy. For what I paid, I'm not going to complain about it.

looks neat but falls apart
Having grown up with the Barbie camper, I thought this was going to be great for my daughter. While she enjoys it (despite pieces coming off while she's playing), I am disappointed that it's just not made as well as it used to be. The fold-out bed, table and the door come detached all the time. While the idea is fun (had the materials been more durable), it's a big hunk of decorated thin plastic that is too tempermental to withstand any serious play.
